Aims & Objectives

At Sunflowers we provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

Whilst in our care children are able to participate in a wide variety of play experiences enabling them to develop the skills needed to become independent with a positive self image and positive image of others, regardless of colour, creed, religion, disability or gender.

Our main aims are:

  • To provide high quality flexible day care where parents can be confident that they are leaving their child in a safe, friendly environment.
  • To create a happy, secure atmosphere where children are encouraged to develop socially, emotionally, intellectually, physically and culturally.

Our main objectives are:

  • To continually review and update our curriculum to ensure that the individual needs of each child in our care are met, taking into account age and ability.
  • To ensure that the training needs of all our staff are assessed and met by providing regular supervision, appraisal and providing training opportunities where appropriate.
 

The children are looking forward to the Chinese New Year, the children will be walking to the local Chinese restaurant so that the children may sample different chinese cuisine and see the celebrations.

We have limited childcare available, come and look around Sunflowers Nursery and reserve a place, secure in the knowledge that your child will be happy, cared for and safe.
